- Adds basic cable system functionality allowing additional exercises to
be performed such as bicep curls, tricep push downs and seated rows. - Suitable for 208cm or 228cm M3 power rack (select the correct option)
(not suitable for 188cm model) - Can also be used in conjunction with the M3 Power Rack Extension Kit
- Simple design includes three roller arms which bolt directly to the
box section of the rack - Includes all required fixings and three black steel carabiners
- Compatible with various handle attachments such as tricep ropes,
row bars and curl bars - Weight can be attached using a suitable loading pin, strap or chains
(not included) - Handles and attachments shown in images are not included but are sold
separately - Please note this is a basic system designed to enable the user to
perform a range of cable exercises. This is not a comparable to a full
cable system that can be found in commercial gyms. Max load 80kg.
