• The M200 is the full size 220cm rack.
• The M200S is same rack but in a shorter 183cm height, ideal for lower ceiling heights.
• Both racks feature a 60mm x 60mm steel frame with attachment holes and a powder coated finish
• UHMW lined J-Cups and spotters protect against barbell damage
• Fully adjustable with 16 levels on the M200 and 14 levels on the M200S
• 1″ diameter holes spaced at 8cm intervals
• Bolt down feet for extra stability
• Pull up bar diameter: 32mm with matt black finish.

• The foot plates are pre-drilled with 11mm diameter holes but floor fixings are NOT included and will vary depending on your floor type. For masonry floors we recommend our Floor Fixing Kit (sold separately)
• The M3 barbell is test certified to 680kg (1500lbs). it features a knurled grip, rotating sleeves and is supplied here with a set of our quick release collars for ease weight changes.
• Choose either 60kg, 100kg or 150kg of our crumb rubber bumpers.
• These black plates are extremely durable and have excellent impact absorption.
• 60kg set includes 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg and 2 x 15kg plates
• 100kg set also includes 2 x 20kg plates

How usable is the M200S given the shorter height?

• This depends on the height of the user and the way the rack is setup
• The height to the underside of the rear cross bar is 171cm and the height to the underside of the pull up bar is 173cm
• For taller users this can cause issues with pullups and upright exercises such as squats. In particular with squats there is the consideration of how to rack the bar without hitting your head. Consider these options:
• Option 1 – You can increase clearance under the pull up bar to approximately 180cm by buying the optional multi-grip pull up bar available here (this does not change the overall height of the rack)
• Option 2 – The pull up bar can be fitted slightly further back in the cage to create some more room at the front. Combine option 1 and 2 for an even greater impact
• Option 3 – The pull up bar can be left out entirely. With this setup we recommend a max load of 280kg

Delivery & Assembly

• This product is delivered in multiple boxes
• The courier will often not deliver all of the boxes at the same time. Please wait at least 48 hours for the other boxes to arrive before contacting us
• Assembly instructions are included
• Please note: tools required for assembly are not included but are available here
• During assembly pay special attention to the rear base bar which has two sets of holes. Ensure you follow the assembly diagrams to use the correct set of holes otherwise this will cause alignment issues. The spare holes are in place to accommodate optional weight storage poles.
