• Selectorised cable pulley machine including two weight stacks, now with 100kg on each stack
• Move the pin to select the amount of weight you want to lift

Delivery & Assembly

• At least two people will be required for assembly
• This product will be delivered in a crate. Please note that you will be required to safely dispose of the crate
• Assembly instructions are included
• Assembly requires:
• 2 x 16mm and 1 x 18mm spanners/sockets
• 3mm and 4mm allen keys (included) 
• A basic universal wrench is included but we do not recommend using this as it is far easier to use spanners/sockets. 
• To reduce friction, apply a lubricating oil such as 3in1 oil to the rollers and sliding section. This will help it to slide more freely
• Assembly requires the weight indicator stickers to be stuck onto the weight stack. We recommend using masking tape in order to mark out a straight line
