running - Builds endurance and strengthens muscles
- Includes individual 1kg cast iron blocks which can be added and
removed to the vest, allowing you to set the perfect weight for your
exercises up to the maximum stated - Iron blocks have a painted finish to prevent rust
- Vest material is a strong 1000D polyester with a secure adjustable
hook and loop strap - Strap size is approx 170cm x 5cm
