- Includes our 20kg Power Bar with quick release collars and either
150kg or 300kg of extra thin steel weight plates - 150kg set includes 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg and 6 x 20kg plates
- 300kg set includes 4 x 5kg, 4 x 10kg and 12 x 20kg plates
- Our 7ft Powerlifting bar matches all IPF specs and features a 29mm
diameter with deeper, more aggressive knurling than our Olympic
weightlifting barbells - The bar features stainless steel bushings and self-lubricating,
graphite plugged bronze bushings for lower maintenance and less spin
compared to bearing bars - Sprung steel bar with hard chrome or black zinc coat finish
- Please note black sleeves will scratch over time. If you are concerned
about this then we recommend choosing chrome - IPF knurl marks

certified - Weight accuracy is +/- 1% on both the bar and plates
- The plates have a durable zinc coat finish with laser engraved logos
